The room was nicely decorated, with a nice decor and central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set for my comfort. The food was fabulous, had variety of options.

Spent here 2 nice sunny days and can't wait to go back. Amazing location and clean place, I truly enjoyed welcoming staff. My room was modern and well-designed with a single bed, a larger mirror than normal, as example, and the check-out was easy. The food was delicious, the breakfast was excellent.

The setting is marvellous and stunning, it's very close to the gay bars, the beach and the main attractions and the centre.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide array of fab options. Everything was perfect, the staff were fantastic friendly. Besides, the location was fantastic for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a restored Victorian pier.

Fabulous place, fairly clean, new-fashioned rooms and COURTEOUS staff. Great and stunning location close to nightlife defo recommened and easy access to a shopping mall and a little store.

This hotel is great for what we were doing in terms of location. It is conveniently close to the train station and the Winter Gardens. The rooms are of a good size, with en-suite bathrooms included, which is a bonus. The basic amenities such as a flat screen TV with Freeview and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff serviced them on a daily basis. The breakfast served at this hotel was brilliant and set us up for the day. The hosts, Tina and Martin, were extremely warm and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel, especially since it's not far from the promenade and beach too.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I appreciated budget and cheap rooms and courteous stuff. Booked a room with adequate facilities. The food was appetising - variety of options. I didn't want to leave, so would recommend this property.

Beautifully designed & well-appointed room with iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV. Good and magnificent location just off the roughest pubs in a good area. Besides, excellent for visiting a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

The breakfast is sensational, has many choices. An excellent stay, I would definitely come back there.

Enjoyed to be here, the hotel was overall clean and gorgeous, the location was magnificent on the north shore area. The staff was accommodating and very welcoming, everything was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent, had great meals. Our experience here was extra special.
